Did it! Shhhhhh….don’t tell anyone….it’s getting easier. I actually ran more than the allotted two minute stretch today. Downhill, of course, but still more! Because I ran more, I ended up further away from the office before I turned around and ended up with a 3.5 mile walk/run in 30 minutes!
