PSA #7 – What to Do When It HURTS!

Doesn’t it drive you crazy when you change your workout a little bit and then your muscles ache like crazy a few days later?  There’s a reason for that!   I’m guest posting over at Suscipio for Women today, and will tell you all about it.  Hop over and check it out, and be sure to say hi to all of the wonderful women you’ll find over there.

I put the knobby tires back on Princess Grace this past week (actually, The Architect put them on for me) and the winter rains are fading, so it’s time to start riding on dirt again!  Pavement is fun because you can go fast, but I can’t wait to get out there and dodge a few trees!

I tried my hand at covering a clipboard with fancy paper and mod podge. LOL – it was a total, bubbled, sticky disaster.  I need to consult with Cherry Ames (The Self Proclaimed Queen of All Things Mod Podge) for instructions for my redo.

I finished the mitts and a baby blanket that were on the knitting needles, and have started a summer sweater for myself. I’ve set a goal of finishing it before summer is over. Spatterdash Mitts
